Corporate executives and site managers can greatly impact safety through their communication and their interaction with other managers and supervisors. Learning to communicate more effectively and to use communication to set priorities and levels of expectations can increase the impact these leaders have on organizational safety. Basic coaching and counseling skills are also highlighted in this training to ensure the effectiveness of interpersonal management situations.
This training can be delivered in a half-day training session or through individual executive coaching in which a ProAct Safety consultant shadows the executive and does one-on-one training and situational coaching.
