Converting to Lean BBSSM;
If you are doing BBS and would like to learn how to make your process more lean (efficient and effective), a ProAct Safety consultant will come to your site and create a customized plan to help you use the latest Lean BBS Technologies.
Our consultant will meet with your leadership team (steering committee), go into the site with observers, talk to workers, and review you checklist and other safety documentation. He will show you the latest techniques for streamlining and re-energizing the BBS process complete with options and recommendations.
You will have a complete plan for long-term success and will learn techniques that did not exist when you did your initial implementation. Follow-up services are also available if you need or want additional assistance or support.
