Fully-Supported Implementation
The fully-supported implementation is a full-scale Behavior-Based Safety implementation in which a ProAct Safety consultant works in cooperation with site employees to design, train and implement the BBS process at the site. ProAct Safety will work with all site personnel and carefully consider all site documentation to determine the best way to make BBS fit the site and integrate into existing safety efforts.
