Supervisors are in a position to influence worker safety either for good or otherwise. Most supervisors don't have the latest training and tools for coaching workers to perform their jobs safely. This training leverages a supervisors' position and influence to make significant gains in accident reductions.
The training contains the latest behavioral coaching techniques and directly applies them to improving safety. The approach is an Internal Consultant Certification Workshop in which your designated trainer learns to deliver this important training to your supervisors in a 1/2 day, 1 day or 2 day model or as a series of 1/2 day sessions. Your trainer can learn the module in an intensive 2-day session either at your site (for multiple trainers) or at one of our public seminars.
